Hello, I’m Heather. I’d much rather talk about you and your mission. In fact, that’s kind of what we do best—make you memorable in the marketplace. But since you clicked here, I’ll give you the quick version:

With over 25 years of nonprofit experience, Heather is passionate about driving the stabilization and growth of NPOs, churches, and businesses. Her work experience is rooted with renowned organizations like the Grand Rapids Symphony, Grand Rapids Ballet Company, and Calvin University. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of My House Ministry in Holland, MI.

Rodgers Creative Group, based in Holland, MI, empowers Kingdom builders across the United States and world. Heather is married to Benjamin Rodgers, Executive Director of Solid Rock Ministries, a nonprofit which provides affordable home repair services that restore hope and dignity—because no one should live in an unsafe home. The couple have one son and a very fluffy golden doodle named Ginger Rodgers.
